On Wednesday, 15 July 2026, the Executive Secretary signed the Book of Condolences following the passing of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the father of the Emir of Qatar.
His Excellency Mr. Serigne Modou Njie, Minister of Foreign Affairs of The Gambia, received the Executive Secretary of the Senegalo-Gambian Permanent Secretariat , Ambassador Papa Mada NDOUR, accompanied by his delegation, in audience on 29 June 2029.
As part of his courtesy visits, the Executive Secretary was received today by the Vice President of the Republic of The Gambia, H.E. Mr. Mohammed B.S. Jallow, former Deputy Executive Secretary of the Permanent Secretariat.
