THE SENEGALO-GAMBIAN PERMANENT SECRETARIAT AN INSTRUMENT OF WIN-WIN BILATERAL COOPERATION

The Permanent Secretariat is an interstate institution for functional cooperation, harmonization of policies and multilevel integration between the Republic of The Gambia and the Republic of Senegal.

It translates a solid commitment by both countries to perpetuate and strengthen the close historic, cultural, linguistic, economic and social ties, based on their rich common fund of shared values that unite the populations, but also to reinforce the fruitful cooperation existing between the two countries that appear to be more than neighbours.

In a significant diplomatic engagement, a delegation from The Senegalo-Gambian Permanent Secretariat, led by His Excellency Ambassador El Hadji Ibou Boye, Executive Secretary, extended a courtesy visit to His Excellency President Adama Barrow.
